St Ives plays host to St Ives September Festival, a major two week celebration of music and the arts, bringing together a range of international artists from around the world.
The festival covers a wide range of interests including. African, Indian, ska, reggae, folk, rock, contemporary and classical. There’s also a wide variety of talks, films, poetry and literature plus open studios throughout the town.

The 5th annual Rotary Ramble will once again take place overlooking Mount's Bay at the end of the summer.
The 'Open to All' annual Sponsored Walk will incorporate parts of the coastal path around Prussia Cove and westwards to Perranuthnoe. The event start point and finish will be located at Rosudgeaon Sports and Social Club where there is extensive free parking.
Everyone trying to raise funds for charities or local causes is invited to come and take part. Individuals, small community groups or national charities, all equally welcome to join the 2012 Rotary Ramble and make it 'Your' fundraising day out on the coast.
