John Peel's Shed, by John Osborne

In 2002, John Osborne won a competition on John Peel’s Radio One show. His prize was a box of records that took eight years to listen to!

This five-star, sell-out smash theatre hit of the Edinburgh Festival, broadcast on BBC Radio Fourin December 2011, is an ode to radio, those records and anyone who’s ever sought solace in wireless.

It is inspired by Osborne’s acclaimed book Radio Head (Radio 4′s Book Of The Week) and it features records previously owned by John Peel.

TICKETS: £10

Performance 8pm.

The Larry Miller Band

“Holding his captive audience in a packed out venue hypnotising them into a trance with his guitar skills. A true master at work who many have said fills a void left by the great late Rory Gallagher. Much respected within the music industry by fellow artists who have nothing but good words to say about him and his guitar playing ability”   Blues Matters 2011

“As the natural successor to Rory Gallagher and Alvin Lee, Miller with the right backing looks set to commute his way to fortune with ease”   The International Encyclopedia of Hard Rock

“Fabulous finesse and feel, modern, fun and inspiring, a real blast!” Guitar Techniques
